The Rossmann marketing team learned about USP on Linkedin and connected as they needed a “beauty diagnostic” for their consumers. The concept was that their clients were to do self-diagnostic based on a tool that was provided in their publication and Rossmann application. This overall diagnostic tool would help Rossmann to recommend a beauty regime to the consumer on an individual basis.
How did USP Solutions help?
USP Solutions’ put together various concepts for Rossmann that encompassed several technologies that were specific to the products in their store. A decision was made along with the marketing team that the best way forward was to use the USP Skin Type Test, 2D Wrinkle Test, and Pore size test to evaluate the consumer’s skin. Designed as an easy to use multi-tester, the results of these tests then determined the product recommendation and beauty regime of the consumer.
Once the technology was finalized USP went into action to design the card, dispatched the color proof. Upon approval of the color proof, production started and the delivery date of the test cards was met in its usual quality and timeline. These test cards were then dispatched to Rossman for distribution to all its stores in Poland.
