USP’s Contribution
To address Neutrogena’s objectives, USP Solutions developed an innovative Hydration Test Tool tailored for body skin analysis. The tool provided a quick and accurate measurement of skin hydration levels, allowing consumers to understand their skin’s condition and see visible results after using Neutrogena products.
How It Worked
- Initial Hydration Measurement:
- Consumers placed the Hydration Test strip on their body skin. The strip reacted within seconds to indicate their hydration level, categorized as normal, dry, or very dry.
- Product Recommendation:
- Based on the results, beauty advisors guided consumers to the Neutrogena body lotion best suited to their hydration needs.
- Demonstration of Results:
- After applying the recommended Neutrogena body lotion, consumers repeated the hydration test to see the immediate improvement in their skin’s hydration level, reinforcing the product’s efficacy.
Impact
