Mjoor sought an innovative solution to empower their Beauty Advisors to deliver personalized skincare consultations. The goal was to educate consumers about their skin type, hydration level, and wrinkle level to ensure accurate product recommendations, fostering trust and enhancing the in-store experience.

By offering an interactive and educational approach, Mjoor aimed to position their Beauty Advisors as skincare experts while guiding consumers to the products that best suited their unique needs.

USP’s Contribution
USP Solutions partnered with Mjoor to design a comprehensive skincare diagnostic tool combining three key technologies:

  1. Skin Type Test:
    • Quickly and accurately determined whether the consumer’s skin was dry, normal, combination, or oily by analyzing sebum levels.
  2. Hydration Test – Face:
    • Measured the hydration level of the consumer’s skin, helping them understand whether their skin was adequately moisturized or required additional care.
  3. Wrinkle Test:
    • Provided a two-dimensional visualization of the skin’s surface structure, highlighting areas with fine lines or wrinkles.

This multi-functional tool allowed Beauty Advisors to create a tailored consultation experience, offering personalized product recommendations and building consumer confidence in Mjoor’s skincare solutions.

How It Worked

  1. Diagnosis Process:
    • Consumers underwent three quick tests to analyze their skin type, hydration level, and wrinkle level.
    • Each test was safe, non-invasive, and delivered instant results.
  2. Education and Engagement:
    • Beauty Advisors explained the results, educating consumers about their skin’s specific needs and how Mjoor products could address them.
  3. Tailored Recommendations:
    • Based on the results, consumers received personalized skincare regimens designed to smooth their skin and improve overall skin health.
