USP Solutions developed a fully branded engagement folder featuring multiple demo tools, including a 2D Wrinkle Test and a Skin Type Tester. This multi-sensory diagnostic tool offered a comprehensive skincare analysis, enabling beauty advisors to deliver personalized recommendations and helping consumers independently assess their needs.

How It Worked

  1. Wrinkle Level Analysis:
    • The 2D Wrinkle Test used a Powder Applicator and Visual Patch to provide a two-dimensional visualization of the skin’s surface structure and facial expression lines. Results were available within seconds, offering immediate insights into wrinkle levels.
  2. Skin Type Diagnosis:
    • The Skin Type Tester measured sebum levels on the skin’s surface. Consumers used a results chart to determine where their skin fell on the dryness-to-oiliness scale.
  3. Product Recommendations:
    • Easy-to-understand instructions and result fields guided consumers to the LANCÔME products best suited to their skin type and concerns.
  4. Enhanced Consultant Engagement:
    • Beauty advisors used the tool to engage clients in meaningful conversations about their skincare needs, positioning themselves as trusted skincare experts.
