The La Biosthétique team in Germany needed to empower their beauty consultants so that they could help the consumer find the best products for their specific hair and scalp. They needed a tool to quickly and scientifically diagnose the consumer’s scalp health so the most appropriate product for the consumer’s hair care could be recommended.

How did USP Solutions help? 

Using our Scalp Sebum Level and Dandruff Level technology, the USP team developed a handy beauty consultant tester box of 50 testers in each box. This box could be carried around with the consultants while they did quick tests on the fly. A highly tactile tool gave the consumer a haptic experience educating them about their own scalp needs. The demo developed was engaging, educated the consumer and helped them find the best hair care regime for them.
