JAFRA Cosmetics International, sought to enhance the expertise and confidence of their beauty consultants in delivering personalized skincare recommendations. They envisioned a diagnostic tool that could accurately assess customers’ skin types to help suggest the most suitable products from their product line, ultimately leading to increased customer satisfaction and trust.
Although JAFRA’s beauty consultants were already well-trained in skincare they lacked a standardized and interactive method for diagnosing customers’ skin types. The challenge was to create a user-friendly, reliable, and efficient tool that could be seamlessly integrated into their existing consultation process.
Our team of expert demo developers collaborated closely with JAFRA’s stakeholders to conceptualize, design, and develop the “JAFRA Skin Type Diagnosis Tool.” The tool was designed to empower beauty consultants and elevate their professionalism during customer consultations.
