The team needed a skin diagnosis tool developed and produced for “dm drogerie markt” that their beauty advisors could use in-store to diagnose the skin of the consumer and with it, recommend a beauty regime. This was meant to complement the DM beauty advisor’s knowledge and establish them as professionals and educated in the field of skincare, setting them apart from other drug stores. The tool was to have the look and feel of a DM specific tool and could be used with/for any brand within the store.
