In order to empower consumers to take control of their scalp health Clear wanted to educate them and provide them with personalized insights and product recommendations.

A user-friendly on-skin tester with a digital integration was developed. This tool utilized on-skin technology to measure scalp wet and dry dandruff levels accurately. The consumers could then input the results of the tests into the Clear Scalp Health App. The app utilizes sophisticated algorithms to analyse the data and generate personalized insights into the user’s scalp condition.

The tool offered 3 journeys through the app:

  1. sampling campaign with before and after dandruff tests and product sachets
  2. Self-assessment journey to access online from the comfort of their home
  3. Scalp camera diagnoses in store with the beauty consultants
