In addition, they needed a way to offer tailored product guidance and track results over time, ensuring consumers could see real progress and feel empowered to make informed decisions.

USP Solutions’ Approach
USP Solutions collaborated with BepanthenDerma® to develop a Hydration Test – Body demo, presented as a branded analogue skin tester. This tool enables:

  • User-Friendly Engagement: Thanks to its hands-on design, the tool delivers clear, easy-to-understand results, sparking interest and boosting consumer confidence.
  • Product Recommendation Integration: By pairing the analogue tester with an online platform, consumers seamlessly transition from diagnosis to product selection. This digital-physical connection drives awareness of BepanthenDerma® solutions and encourages multiple product purchases.
  • Ongoing Skin Monitoring: The tester supports ongoing usage—enabling consumers to revisit their hydration status, appreciate improvements, and reinforce trust in the brand’s capabilities.

Outcome
BepanthenDerma® successfully equipped beauty consultants and direct selling channels, as well as POS, with a straightforward method to clear up skin conditions by guiding consumers to the correct product choice online.
