BepanthenDerma®—a Bayer® brand recognized in the Body Care and Dermocosmetics category—wanted to provide consumers in France with a powerful yet simple way to understand their individual skin needs. Challenge
To achieve these objectives, Bayer envisioned a tool that could measure each consumer’s skin hydration accurately while remaining easy to use. In addition, they needed a way to offer tailored product guidance and track results over time, ensuring consumers could see real progress and feel empowered to make informed decisions.

USP Solutions collaborated with BepanthenDerma® to develop a Hydration Test – Body demo, presented as a branded analogue skin tester. This tool enables:

Outcome
BepanthenDerma® successfully equipped beauty consultants and direct selling channels, as well as POS, with a straightforward method to clear up skin conditions by guiding consumers to the correct product choice online. This phygital approach not only enhanced user engagement but also cemented BepanthenDerma®’s position as a forward-thinking, consumer-focused skincare brand, delivering tangible results and a memorable brand experience.
