The Henkel marketing team requested USP to help them develop a tool to best bring the advantages of their body care brand Barnägen to the fore. The brand was struggling to introduce the uniqueness of the product in the UAE market. Their claim, as compared to other conventional lotions and creams targeting hydration, was more focused on healing. In this mature and discerning market, they wanted the consumers to understand the advantages of cold cream i.e. Hydration vs. Moisture. An integral component of their product – healed and soothed thirsty and sensitive skin.
