We’re looking for a Project Manager to join our Demo Creation Team and become the orchestrator of our client demo journeys from first feasibility checks to final deployment.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

As Project Manager, you will lead end-to-end demo creation projects for some of the world’s top brands in beauty, personal care, healthcare, and more.

You will:

  • Drive project execution across all phases: Feasibility → Ideation → Development → Deployment
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams including creative, innovation, lab/testing, and production
  • Be the main point of contact for the client, ensuring alignment between technical requirements and marketing needs
  • Facilitate lab testing processes and feasibility checks to assess demo viability
  • Translate demo ideas into tangible formats (Physical tools, Digital solutions, Real Demo Videos)
  • Oversee production timelines, delivery logistics, and quality standards
  • Track project KPIs and ensure each demo delivers impact, scalability, and credibility
  • Work with international clients and manage multiple projects simultaneously

WHAT YOU BRING

  • 1-2 years experience in project or account management are a benefit, ideally in B2B, marketing, innovation or product development environments
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills with a hands-on mindset
  • Natural communicator: you manage stakeholders across marketing, R&D, and production like a pro
  • Fluency in English (German is a plus)
  • Ability to translate complex concepts into actionable timelines
  • Background or understanding of scientific/technical products is a big advantage
  • Proficiency in tools like Microsoft 365, Trello, Asana, or similar PM platforms

Video (Mexican Lookalike – No Acting
Experience Required) – 

We are looking for 4–5 male individuals of Mexican descent or those with a Mexican appearance to
participate in a demonstration video shoot at our facility in Klagenfurt am Wörthersee.

The commercial will highlight the product’s benefits through stylish, natural-looking scenes, and the
selected individuals should resemble a Mexican chef.

  • Task: Sample and evaluate a Mexican dish, providing detailed feedback on flavours, textures, and
    overall authenticity
  • Location: Pharmaziegasse 5, 9020 Klagenfurt am Wörthersee
  • Time commitment:
    • Main chef: 5-7 hours in a single day
    • Other chefs: 2-3 hours (single day)
  • Compensation: € 75/hour gross.
  • Shooting dates: Between mid to late February 2025 .

Requirements

  •  Must be of Mexican descent or lookalike with a familiarity with Mexican cuisine.
  •  No prior acting experience required – the role involves only facial expressions and body language
    (no dialogue).
  • Should be expressive, with the ability to change facial expressions on demand and maintain an
    open, engaging demeanour.
  • Willing to dress as a chef for the shoot.
